What venues ask before they choose a plan.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. The software costs nothing each month. Each booking carries a fee of 4.8% on Free and 3.2% on Growth, plus Stripe's card fees.
- What is the founding price?
- During the beta, Growth has a founding price, held for a set time. We agree it with you on the call.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No. Hatcel is month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, at the end of your billing period.
- Who owns my data?
- Your venue does. Growth and Enterprise add exports and the API, so you can take it out at any time.
- Can you move us from our current system?
- Yes. We import your customer list from your old system, free, on every plan.
- How is Enterprise priced?
- Tell us how many venues you run and what you need, and we price it on a call.
